- Business Information — company name, owner name, email, phone number, timezone, booking links, and Google review links.
- Call Logs — inbound call records including caller phone number, call duration, call status, and timestamps from your tracking numbers.
- SMS Messages — automated and manual text messages sent and received through your tracking numbers, including message content, sender, recipient, and timestamps.
- Google Reviews — review request activity and links associated with your Google Business Profile.
- Payment Information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
- Ad Spend Data — monthly advertising spend amounts you enter for ROI tracking.
- Usage Data — how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide call tracking and lead source attribution services.
- Send automated missed call follow-up text messages on your behalf.
- Send automated Google review request messages to your customers.
- Track revenue and calculate advertising ROI.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Improve and maintain the platform.
- Communicate with you about your account and service updates.
SMS Messaging
FlowLine sends automated SMS messages via Twilio and Telnyx on behalf of business owners who use our platform. These messages include:
- Missed call follow-up texts sent to callers who did not reach the business.
- Google review request texts sent to customers after service completion.
- Appointment reminder texts.
All SMS message data (content, sender, recipient, timestamps) is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase. Business owners can view message history in their dashboard. End consumers can reply STOP to any message to opt out.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate FlowLine:
- Twilio / Telnyx — phone number provisioning, call routing, and SMS messaging.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and data storage.
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required to provide our services. Call logs, messages, and lead data are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account cancellation, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless longer retention is required by law.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above as necessary to operate the platform.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication through Supabase Auth.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents and EU residents may have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively.
