By accessing or using flowlineoperations.com (“the Site”), operated by Kerwick Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

FlowLine Operations designs, builds, and installs done-for-you marketing systems for home service businesses, including:

• Lead generation campaign setup across advertising and organic sources.
• Automated lead follow-up — missed call recovery, review requests, and related messaging built for your business.
• Reporting on leads, revenue, and return on ad spend.
• Hands-on training for you and your team on the parts of the system that require manual work.

Services are delivered as a defined project, not a subscription. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for your engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Submitting the contact form on this Site is an inquiry only and does not create a service engagement or payment obligation. Services begin only after both parties agree to a scope of work and pricing.

FlowLine is offered as a one-time project fee, priced per engagement based on your business and market:

• Full payment may be made upfront, or split using a payment plan agreed to in your service agreement.
• Specific pricing, payment schedule, and any recurring costs (such as ad spend paid directly to ad platforms) are set out in your proposal or invoice.

Cancellation and refund terms for an active engagement are governed by your signed service agreement. Absent a specific agreement, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers.

The FlowLine website, including its design, branding, and content, is the property of Kerwick Group LLC. Systems and materials built for you as part of a paid engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerwick Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our services.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results; outcomes vary by market, business, and execution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
