Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlowLine Operations (“FlowLine,” “the Service”), operated by Kerwick Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FlowLine is a SaaS platform for home service businesses that provides:

• Call tracking with dedicated tracking numbers and lead source attribution.
• Missed call text-back automation — automated SMS follow-up sequences sent to callers who don't reach your business.
• Google review automation — automated review request messages sent to customers after service completion.
• Revenue tracking and advertising ROI reporting.
• Lead management dashboard.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

FlowLine is offered as a monthly subscription:

• Growth Plan — $497/month.
• Promotional pricing — discounted rates may be available for a limited number of founding members.

All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Your tracking numbers will be released and call forwarding will stop.
• Your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.

By enabling SMS features in FlowLine, you authorize us to send text messages on behalf of your business. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to send messages on behalf of your business.
• Your customers are informed that they may receive follow-up text messages (e.g., via voicemail greeting or service agreement).
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding SMS messaging, including the TCPA and applicable state regulations.
• You will not use the SMS features for spam, marketing blasts, or messages unrelated to your business services.

All messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam via the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

The FlowLine platform, including all software, design, branding, and content, is the property of Kerwick Group LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your active subscription. You retain ownership of your business data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerwick Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all missed calls will be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
